Waidon is a hair transplant and hair restoration clinic focused on providing personalized patient care and a seamless treatment experience. We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Junior Doctor’s Assistants (JDA).
Role Overview
As a Junior Doctor’s Assistant, you will be responsible for communicating with patients, conducting follow-up calls, understanding their post-treatment progress, and coordinating with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make regular follow-up calls to patients after consultations and treatments.
- Communicate with patients professionally and courteously to understand their recovery and treatment progress.
- Follow the prescribed follow-up process and maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team regarding patient updates or concerns.
- Identify and escalate patient concerns to the concerned doctor or senior team member.
- Provide patients with basic information and guidance as per the instructions provided by the clinical team.
- Maintain timely and accurate follow-up data in the designated system/CRM.
- Ensure all assigned patient follow-ups are completed within the required timelines.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle patient information responsibly.
- Support the clinical team with basic administrative and coordination activities when required.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass with Science background OR
- Graduate in any Science-related discipline (B.Sc., Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, etc.)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Good listening, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
