Job Title: Senior Design Engineer
- BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Convert 3D models into detailed 2D drawings for machining, ensuring adherence to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
- Prepare accurate drafting and detailing suitable for manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support during machine assembly activities.
- Coordinate with machining vendors/suppliers to ensure timely and quality part delivery.
- Ensure proper implementation of Design for Assembly (DFA) in machine build processes.
- Assist in resolving assembly-related issues by reviewing designs and machining feasibility.
- Maintain documentation of drawings, revisions, and assembly instructions.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Drawing interpretation and reading
- Machine assembly and build activities
- Hands-on experience in 2D drafting and detailing tools.
- Practical exposure to DFM and DFA concepts in machine building.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient in reading and creating 2D mechanical drawings.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Knowledge of surface finish standards and machining processes.
- Familiarity with machining tools and manufacturing techniques.
- Basic knowledge of:
- Pneumatic components
- Servo and stepper motors
- Electrical actuators

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
