- Data Entry and Management: Maintaining, updating, and securing company databases, files, and records.
- Administrative Support: Handling daily office operations, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly operational and financial reports for management.
- Coordination: Bridging the gap between the front office, sales, and accounts departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Documentation: Handling invoices, billing, and preparing documents for audits or client inquiries.
- Process Improvement: Identifying gaps in operational processes and suggesting improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management systems.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and strong communication skills.
