Eduport is seeking a highly creative and driven Creative Lead to lead our creative team in producing compelling, high-impact visual content that supports our brand and marketing goals. This role requires a balance of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on creative expertise.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the creative team, including video editors, designers, and content creatives.

Assign projects and tasks effectively, ensuring balanced workload and timely delivery.

Develop creative strategies for video campaigns, advertisements, reels, and promotional content.

Provide direction on video concepts, editing styles, storytelling flow, and visual branding.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create conversion-focused creatives for campaigns and advertisements.

Review all creative outputs to maintain quality, consistency, and brand alignment.

Suggest innovative concepts for marketing videos that improve engagement and reach.

Guide the team on trend-based content creation suitable for digital and social media platforms.

Ensure creative assets are optimized for different platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Meta ads, and websites.

Track creative performance trends and refine strategies based on audience response.
Requirements

Proven experience in a creative leadership role such as Creative Lead, Senior Video Editor, Creative Strategist, or similar.

Experience managing creative teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of video editing, creative direction, and visual storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in EdTech, Media, Advertising, or Digital Marketing sectors preferred.

Knowledge of performance marketing creatives and ad-focused video production is an added advantage.
