Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction/site engineering.
Experience in site supervision and construction activities.
Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site procedures.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in the Maldives.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, and site teams.
Monitor project progress and quality of work.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards.
Review construction drawings and ensure proper execution.
Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
Identify and resolve site-related issues.
