Somatheeram Ayurveda Hospital and Yoga Centre is seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead employee capability development, service excellence training, leadership development, and compliance learning initiatives across resort and healthcare operations.The position is also responsible for implementing structured learning frameworks, measuring training effectiveness, and fostering a continuous learning environment aligned with business objectives and hospitality standards.
- MBA / PG qualification in HR, Training & Development, Hospitality Management, or related discipline preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR within hospitality, resort, healthcare, or other service-oriented industries
- Strong experience in employee induction, training coordination, performance development, and compliance training
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
