Key Responsibilities:
Ensure company follows all laws, regulations, and standards
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
Monitor business activities to identify risks or violations
Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
Train employees on company policies and legal requirements
Investigate any compliance issues or complaints
Prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities
Stay updated with new laws and industry regulations
