Hotel Manager – Job Description
Position: Hotel Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations.
Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments.
Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Supervise and train hotel staff.
Prepare duty rosters and monitor employee performance.
Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Prepare reports and maintain records.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

Salary: Depends on hotel size, location, experience, and responsibilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
