Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Schedule meetings with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Business Owners, and CXOs.
- Present Steller Chronicles' creative services professionally.
- Follow up on proposals and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare daily sales reports.
- Research prospective clients across industries such as Automotive, Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Luxury Brands, and Retail.
- Coordinate with the creative team to prepare customized proposals and presentations.
- Achieve monthly meeting and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and conducting client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, advertising, media, event management, or digital marketing.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Preferred Experience
Experience working with advertising agencies, event management companies, media houses, production houses, branding agencies, luxury brands, or corporate sales will be an added advantage.
