Job Description – E-Commerce Specialist
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify
- Handle product listings, pricing, inventory, and order processing
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth operations
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Resolve marketplace and customer-related issues
- Manage promotions and improve product visibility
Required Skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and seller panels
- Basic Excel and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Qualification
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
