Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage and coordinate our warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, labour supervision, pick-and-pack operations and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Order Processing and Dispatch: Process all incoming orders accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of products.
- Inventory Management: Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
- Labour Management: Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
- Pick and Pack Management: Oversee the pick-and-pack process to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Production Management: Collaborate with production teams to ensure a seamless flow of goods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.
- Knowledge in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

- Warehouse Management: 4 year (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
