Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Delivery Head / Lead Solution Architect / Technical Architect to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in solution architecture, enterprise application development, cloud technologies, DevOps, and Agile delivery methodologies.
This role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, defining enterprise architecture, leading cross-functional engineering teams, driving delivery excellence, and ensuring the successful implementation of secure, high-performance, and future-ready applications. The candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and customers to deliver innovative technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Requirement Analysis
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze functional and technical requirements.
· Translate business needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
· Conduct technical feasibility studies, effort estimation, and solution planning.
· Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
· Provide technical consultation during project planning and solution discussions.
2. Solution Architecture
· Design enterprise-grade application architecture and technology solutions.
· Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
· Architect scalable, secure, high-availability, and cloud-native applications.
· Design Microservices, RESTful APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Messaging Services, and System Integrations.
· Recommend appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms.
· Ensure architectural compliance with scalability, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
3. Technical Leadership
· Lead and mentor Front-end, Back-end, Database, DevOps, QA, and AI Engineering teams.
· Conduct architecture reviews, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
· Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
· Provide technical direction for complex engineering challenges.
· Mentor developers and technical lead to improve technical capability and delivery quality.
4. Application Development
· Guide engineering teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
· Define application modules, development standards, and coding practices.
· Design RESTful APIs and enterprise system integrations.
· Ensure applications meet functional, scalability, security, and performance requirements.
· Review application architecture for optimization, maintainability, and extensibility.
5. Cloud & DevOps
· Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
· Define CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and release management.
· Lead Docker containerization and Kubernetes Orchestration Initiatives.
· Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments.
· Ensure high availability, monitoring, logging, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security.
· Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud security best practices.
6. Delivery Management
· Own end-to-end software project delivery.
· Develop project execution strategies, delivery roadmaps, and implementation plans.
· Manage technical resources, budgets, timelines, and project risks.
· Drive Agile/Scrum execution, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
· Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
· Report delivery status and technical progress to leadership and stakeholders.
7. Quality, Security & Governance
· Establish software engineering standards and quality assurance processes.
· Conduct architecture governance, technical audits, and security reviews.
· Promote secure coding practices and compliance with industry standards.
· Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
· Implement continuous improvement initiatives across engineering teams.
8. Stakeholder & Customer Management
· Present technical solutions, architecture, and delivery plans to customers and stakeholders.
· Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
· Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
· Build strong customer relationships through successful project delivery.
· Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, and technical presentations when required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, JavaScript, and Redux Toolkit.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Experience deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Knowledge of application security and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Azure certifications are an added advantage.
