Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- 15 – 20 years of relevant experience in Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual sales budgets and monthly sales plans
- Lead and monitor sales team performance
- Conduct market visits and maintain customer relationships
- Develop new business and retain existing customers
- Conduct market surveys and promotional campaigns
- Resolve customer grievances and monitor credit recovery
- Submit marketing reports to management
- Implement approved advertising and promotional schemes
