As Senior Digital Experience Engineer , you will play a key role in scaling and operationalizing Nexthink as a core Digital Experience Intelligence platform within BASF’s global digital workplace.
Your mission is to identify, shape, and implement high ‑ value use cases and quality improvements across the workplace ecosystem – translating data and insights into measurable improvements for end users, IT operations, and business outcomes.
Working closely with Product Owners, Workplace Engineering teams, and our Full Service Provider , you will act as both strategic enabler and hands ‑ on expert for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and Quality Management.
Use Case Development & Product Collaboration
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize DEX use cases (e.g. performance, stability, adoption, compliance, automation)
