Key Responsibilities:
- Support business development initiatives and operational activities.
- Create and maintain prospect databases, identify target segments, and plan outreach campaigns.
- Assisting in making proposals, negotiations, and support contract finalization and bidding processes.
- Coordinate invoice scheduling, payment collection, and delivery tracking with internal teams.
- Manage and update CRM to ensure accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely client delivery.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring follow-up.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a recognized institution.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of negotiations would be an advantage.
