Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all office desks, chairs, cabins, and common areas regularly
- Ensure the office is clean and organized before office hours
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry and meeting rooms
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
- Handle and deliver files, documents, and couriers within the office
- Assist with photocopying, printing, and other basic office work
- Arrange and manage office stationery and supplies
- Empty dustbins and maintain proper hygiene in the office
- Assist visitors and guests when required
- Support staff with day-to-day office-related tasks
- Help in checking lights, AC, and office arrangements at closing time
- Perform other duties assigned by management or seniors
Requirements:
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Punctual, responsible, and hardworking
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and discipline
- Good behavior and teamwork skills
- Prior office experience will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
