Core Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain and update customer databases
Communication & Support
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues
- Provide accurate information about offers, pricing, and services
Documentation & Reporting
- Record call details and outcomes in CRM/software
- Prepare daily reports on calls, leads, and conversions
- Coordinate with the sales or support team when needed
Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)
- Patience and ability to handle rejection
- Time management and target-oriented mindset
