Job Summary
IMAGE Group of Companies is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our educational programs, and building strong relationships with students, parents, institutions, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits and networking activities.
- Promote the institution's courses and educational programs.
- Visit schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and educational partners to create business opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and career awareness sessions.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and update lead status.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
