Job Description:
- Direct interact with customer and understand the issue related to his vehicle .
- Take a note of the issue on later create system based job card with entering correct and relevant information of the customer and his vehicle.
- Inspect and advise customer about necessary repairs/maintenance of the vehicle.
- Prepare and share the cost and time estimation of the work agreed by the customer .
- Assign vehicle to floor Supervisor and ensure timely delivery .
- Contact customer for any add hock expenses.
- Inspect the vehicle repair before delivering and guide customer for billing process.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction standards.
Candidates having experience in automobile sector can only apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
