Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive with 2+ years of experience to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and employee engagement. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining communication.
- Assisting with onboarding and induction of new team members and interns.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Coordinating across departments to ensure smooth internal communication and workflow.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Managing attendance, leave tracking, and assisting with basic compliance procedures.
- Creating a Monthly Magazine.
- Providing support in organising training sessions, internal meetings, and team engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR operations.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
