Position: Mobilization Officer
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification : Under Graduation
Work Location: kanchipuram
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Engage with diverse stakeholders in disadvantaged communities, including parents, schools, colleges, panchayats, and community leaders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to support community outreach and mobilization activities.
- Provide guidance and counseling to young individuals on career paths and educational opportunities.
- Support awareness programs and initiatives aimed at youth development.
- Identify and address ground-level challenges using proactive problem-solving skills
