Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Planning Engineer for residential building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination with site teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project schedules
- Monitor site progress and project timelines
- Coordinate with execution, billing, and procurement teams
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Track manpower, material, and work progress
- Assist in project documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 8–10 years of experience in building construction projects
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Good knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD
- Experience in residential/high-rise projects preferred
