Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible, professional, and trustworthy Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for the CEO. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The role requires flexibility in working hours, punctuality, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and comfort of the CEO during all official and personal travel, as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive the CEO to meetings, appointments, events, and other destinations.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off while planning efficient travel routes.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure regular servicing, maintenance, insurance, and documentation are up to date.
- Monitor fuel levels and arrange refueling as required.
- Maintain accurate travel logs and vehicle maintenance records.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or other items when required.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Be available for extended hours, weekends, or outstation travel as required.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.
- Coordinate with the Administration team regarding vehicle maintenance and travel schedules.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LMV Driving License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal or executive driver.
- Good knowledge of Kochi city routes and nearby districts.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning applications.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate in Malayalam; knowledge of English is preferred.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
