1. GeM Portal Management
- Complete handling of GeM Portal operations
- Vendor registration & Vendor Assessment process
- Regular monitoring of dashboard and updates
2. Tender Management
- Daily tracking of new tenders / bids
- Evaluate opportunities relevant to company products
- Participate in bidding process (online submission)
- Ensure timely submission of documents
3. Product Listing & Management
- Create and manage product listings on GeM
- Product catalogue upload, modification, and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines
4. Order Processing & Coordination
- Handle order acceptance and processing
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch & billing
- Manage GeM order lifecycle
5. Documentation & Authorization
- Manage entire tender/bid sales lifecycle
- OEM Authorization certificates
- BIS / compliance documents
- Ensure all documents are updated on portal
6. Customer Interaction
- Coordinate with government buyers
- Handle basic customer queries & follow-ups
- Support in closing orders
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
