Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, camps, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach programs.
Promote IVF, fertility, and women's healthcare services to potential patients and referral partners.
Build and maintain relationships with gynecologists, doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Conduct awareness campaigns, health camps, and promotional activities.
Follow up on patient inquiries received through calls, walk-ins, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Counsel prospective patients regarding available fertility treatments and guide them through the consultation process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and conversion goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient requirements.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, IVF, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or service sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Patient-centric approach with good counseling skills.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Willingness to travel for field marketing and outreach activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
