We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Documentation Executive with 1–2 years of experience in handling export documentation and basic operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and hands-on experience in preparing and managing export-related documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage export documentation including: - Phytosanitary Certificates (Phyto), Certificate of Origin (COO),Bills of Lading (BLs),Shipping Bills,Commercial Invoices.
- Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and internal teams for smooth documentation flow
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements
- Handle basic operational tasks related to shipment processing
- Track shipments and maintain proper documentation records
- Assist in resolving documentation-related issues or discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding documentation status
Key Skills Required:

- Basic understanding of export operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
