Data Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret data to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools.
- Create visualizations that communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Monitor data quality and recommend process improvements.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Document data definitions, processes, and analytical methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with relational databases and data warehouses.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling concepts.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or business management systems.
