Key Responsibilities
Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation (Local File, TP Policy, FAR Analysis)
Perform transaction delineation & tested party selection
Conduct economic benchmarking and financial analysis
Support TP audits, assessments, and litigation matters
Draft responses to tax authority queries
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
1–5 years of Transfer Pricing experience
Strong knowledge of OECD Guidelines
Exposure to UAE Corporate Tax / International Tax (preferred)
Good analytical and research skills
Excellent communication and drafting ability
