Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Amazon account management, advertising, listing optimization, sales growth, and daily e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Amazon Account Management
· Manage complete Amazon account operations
· Create and optimize product listings
· Upload and manage A+ Content
· Improve product visibility using SEO techniques
· Handle listing errors and fix account issues
· Manage Amazon tickets and communicate through seller support (Using chat, call & Email)
2. Amazon Advertising & Growth
· Plan and manage Amazon Ads campaigns
· Handle Amazon PPC campaigns and optimize performance
· Monitor advertising budget and improve ROI
· Increase product sales and visibility
3. Sales & Campaign Management
· Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and offers
· Support sales growth across all online channels
· Monitor campaign performance and improve results
4. Marketplace & Platform Management
· Explore opportunities on new product specific e-commerce platforms
· Manage and support expansion into additional marketplaces
5. Customer Support
· Handle customer questions and complaints
· Manage return and refund requests
6. Reporting & Analysis
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (Based on demands)
· Track sales performance
· Analyze traffic, conversion rate, and customer behavior
· Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
· Share recommendations to improve business performance
Required Skills & Experience:
· Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce
· Strong experience managing Amazon Seller Central
Good knowledge of:
· Product listing creation and optimization
· Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)
· Amazon PPC management and optimization
· Sales promotions and campaign execution
· E-commerce analytics and reporting
· Strong MS Excel skills
· Good analytical and problem-solving ability
· Excellent communication and coordination skills
· High attention to detail
· Advanced English communication is mandatory
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
