Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground sales activities, client visits, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking
- Conduct regular client meetings to promote products/services
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and market handling
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work
- Must have a valid driving license
- Own vehicle preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
