Winners Group India Reality is looking for a result-driven Senior Sales Executive who can confidently handle leads, convert prospects into site visits, and close real estate deals.
This role is ideal for someone who understands buyer psychology, can handle objections, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Convince prospects to schedule and attend site visits
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into bookings
- Handle customer objections with confidence and clarity
- Maintain and update lead data in Google Sheets / CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team and management
- Ensure smooth customer experience from first call to closure
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability
- Confidence in dealing with high-value clients
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / CRM tools
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 years experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
