Job Description: .NET Developer / Senior .NET DeveloperRole Overview
We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with strong experience in modern Microsoft technologies and event-driven architectures. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using ASP.NET, MVC (4.7.2), Web API, and .NET Core
Build scalable and distributed systems using event-driven architecture
Work with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or TIBCO for asynchronous communication
Develop and integrate REST APIs for seamless backend interaction
Optimize performance using caching mechanisms such as Redis
Monitor system performance and logs using tools like Kibana
Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployments
Maintain code quality and version control using GitHub
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Provide production support and enhancements for .NET-based applications
Required Skills
Strong expertise in: ASP.NET, MVC 4.7.2, Web API
.NET Core
Hands-on experience with: Event-driven architecture (RabbitMQ or TIBCO)
REST API development and integration
Knowledge of caching and monitoring: Redis
Kibana
Database experience: Sybase
MongoDB
DevOps exposure: GitHub
CI/CD processes
Solid understanding of backend system design and application architecture
Preferred / Good to Have
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Windsurf)
Exposure to Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Understanding of distributed systems and scalability patterns

4-10 years (based on role-Developer/Senior Developer)
Nice-to-Have Functional Skills
Experience supporting enterprise healthcare or large-scale applications
