Graduate in Commerce, or any related field… Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain will be added advantage…Globe Print N Pack, located at VASAI, KAMAN has opening for Dispatch Executive, can take responsibility for coordinating and executing the timely dispatch of finished goods to customers. The role ensures accurate documentation, proper packaging, coordination with transporters, and compliance with company and statutory requirements to achieve on-time deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of daily dispatches as per sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, e-way bills, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse staff for vehicle placement and shipment movement.
- Ensure correct packing, labelling, and loading of materials to avoid damage or shortages.
- Track dispatched consignments and update delivery status to internal teams and customers.
- Maintain dispatch records, registers, and system entries (ERP / Excel)
- Handle customer queries related to dispatch, delivery timelines, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bill rules, and company dispatch procedures.
- Report dispatch discrepancies, delays, or damages and support resolution.
- Support stock reconciliation and coordination with stores/warehouse teams.
- Job work planning & proper coordination with job work parties.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of dispatch operations and logistics processes
- Knowledge of GST, E-Way bills, and basic transport documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally / ERP / other.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple dispatches.
- Having good knowledge of local Transport service providers will be added advantage.

Experience:
- Minimum 1 Year, 1–2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations will be helpful.
- Experience in manufacturing or export companies preferred.
