About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in garment quality control, from pattern checking through final inspection, and will play a key role in maintaining our quality standards across all production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Pattern checking and coordination with pattern/production teams
- Sample checking and sample analysis
- Quality control of all bulk production
- Support R&D activities related to product development
- Oversee line setup and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Conduct SPI (Stitches Per Inch) checks
- Perform mid-line quality inspections during production
- Carry out final checking/inspection before dispatch
- Identify and report quality issues, working with production teams to resolve them
- Ensure all products meet company and buyer quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in garment/apparel quality control
- Strong knowledge of pattern checking, SPI, and bulk quality control processes
- Good eye for detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with pattern, production, and sampling teams
- Experience with sample analysis and R&D support preferred
- Good communication and reporting skills
