Job Summary
Axivonix Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an IT Support Engineer to handle day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with IT infrastructure operations. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
- Set up and maintain computers and IT equipment.
- Assist employees with technical and system-access issues.
- Maintain IT assets and technical documentation.
- Identify and resolve IT problems efficiently.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Follow company IT security and support procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of Windows OS.
- Understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- BCA, B.Sc. IT/Computer Science, B.Tech/BE, MCA, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with relevant technical knowledge or certifications are preferred.
