Key Roles & Responsibilities (KRA)1. Product Knowledge & Medical Support
- Understand complete details of Dhanwantari healthcare and Ayurvedic products.
- Study product ingredients, benefits, usage guidelines, and precautions.
- Provide scientific and Ayurvedic explanations of products.
- Support development of product information material.
2. Customer Consultation & Health Guidance
- Provide online/offline health consultation to customers.
- Understand customer health concerns and suggest appropriate guidance as per company protocol.
- Explain product usage, dosage instructions, and lifestyle recommendations.
- Maintain customer consultation records and follow-ups.
3. Product Research & Development Support
- Research Ayurvedic herbs, ingredients, formulations, and market trends.
- Support new product development activities.
- Review product concepts and health-related content.
- Coordinate with R&D and product teams.
4. Product Training & Sales Team Support
- Train sales executives, distributors, and customer care teams about:
- Product knowledge
- Health benefits
- Frequently asked customer questions
- Communication guidelines
- Conduct product awareness sessions and webinars.
5. Content & Social Media Medical Support
- Support marketing team for:
- Health awareness videos
- Reels & educational content
- Product explanation videos
- Webinar sessions
- Verify health-related content before publishing.
- Participate in doctor videos and customer education activities.
6. Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Support product label verification as per applicable guidelines.
- Ensure health claims and product communication follow regulations.
- Assist with product documentation.
- Maintain medical references and product data files.
7. Customer Feedback & Improvement
- Collect customer feedback related to products.
- Analyze customer queries and common concerns.
- Share improvement suggestions with management.
- Maintain product performance feedback reports.
8. Health Camps & Promotional Activities
- Participate in health awareness programs.
- Conduct basic health check-up camps.
- Represent the company in exhibitions and events.
- Build trust through professional healthcare communication.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Ayurveda / Homeopathy / Healthcare concepts
- Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi & English preferred)
- Customer counselling skills
- Product training ability
- Presentation & video communication skills

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: BAMS / BHMS
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
