About the Role
Feline Media is looking for a *Producer* to join the content team working closely with Sarthak Goswami. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in YouTube or digital content production and be comfortable managing a project from the initial idea and research stage through shoot and final delivery.
You will be responsible for coordinating across writers, researchers, editors, camera teams, and other production resources to ensure that content is delivered smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage the end-to-end production of YouTube videos.
* Coordinate with *writers, researchers, editors, cinematographers, and on-ground teams*.
* Create and manage production timelines, shoot schedules, and deliverables.
* Coordinate logistics for shoots, including locations, equipment, crew, permissions, and travel when required.
* Work closely with Sarthak Goswami and the content team to understand the creative vision and ensure smooth execution.
* Track projects from pre-production to post-production and ensure deadlines are met.
* Assist with research, story development, scripting, and production planning when required.
* Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, production crews, and other stakeholders.
* Identify and resolve production-related challenges during shoots.
* Maintain production documents, schedules, budgets, and other necessary records.
* Ensure that all aspects of production are organized and executed efficiently.
Requirements
* *1–2 years of experience* in production, preferably in *YouTube, digital media, content creation, or a media company*.
* Strong understanding of the *YouTube content production process*.
* Experience managing shoots and coordinating multiple teams.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creator-driven environment.
* Willingness to travel for shoots when required.
Preferred
* Prior experience working with a *YouTuber, content creator, digital media company, or production house*.
* Experience producing *documentary, news, explainer, or research-driven YouTube content*.
* Candidates who understand the complete workflow from *research → scripting → pre-production → shoot → editing → final delivery* will be preferred.
