Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through calls, emails, and chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support operations
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
What We Are Looking For:
0–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Hindi communication should be manageable
Good verbal and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
