Position: Senior Engineer – Civil
Experience: 6+ yrs with Contracting Companies (Industrial & Commercial Construction)
Qualification: BE /B. Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering. Any other Certification in related field.
Responsibilities:
- Studying the BOQ in detail before starting any activity and explaining the same to juniors & assist PM for Budget planning
- Effective resources (Manpower & Material) utilization Effective coordination with seniors, juniors, consultants, contractors, labours & solve related issues.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of machinery & other resources allotted for execution on site.
- Monitoring of wastage and taking corrective actions for controlling the same.
- Providing Material feedbacks & Planning to seniors & ensures in time materials on site.
- Works in coordination with Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of work at every stage of execution.
- Daily Progress Report (DPR) to seniors, Allocation of labour in the site as per the requirement.
- Ensuring Compliance with all safety norms, Coordination with team of Safety/ Quality/ Stores/ Purchase.
- Measures utilized to avoid wastage of material and labour/ cleanliness & housekeeping at site.
