Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain office inventory, stationery, and pantry supplies.
- Handle office asset records, including laptops, desktops, and other equipment.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, internet, electricity, and other facility-related services.
- Assist in employee onboarding by arranging workstations, ID cards, welcome kits, and required resources.
- Manage courier services, documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation whenever required.
- Process purchase requests and maintain vendor invoices and payment records.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Support HR and other departments with administrative requirements.
- Handle miscellaneous office-related tasks assigned by the management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
