We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Business Development & Sales Executive to drive franchise growth and build strong relationships with prospective franchise partners.
Job Summary
The Franchise Business Development & Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospective franchisees, managing the franchise sales pipeline, and supporting business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a strong sales orientation.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in education franchise sales or educational business development.
- Knowledge of franchise operations and expansion strategies.
- Experience handling high-value sales and investor discussions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, admissions sales, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and investors.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
