Job Title: Sales Executive – Spices (On-Site)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to help expand our presence in the spices market. The role involves developing relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and other channel partners while driving sales growth across Chandigarh and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate product sampling, promotional activities, and new product launches.
- Collect market feedback and share actionable insights with the management team.
- Ensure timely order collection, follow-up, and coordination for deliveries.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market reports.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and trade events.
- Accompany the Chairman on business visits and out-of-town meetings whenever required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, food products, or spices sales is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of the Chandigarh and Tricity market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.
Travel Requirements
- This is an on-site role based in Chandigarh.
- Regular local travel within Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and surrounding areas.
- Willingness to travel out of town on a need basis, including accompanying the Chairman for business meetings, distributor visits, exhibitions, and market expansion activities.
