- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Post job openings and screen candidate profiles
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
Pay: ₹10,850.36 - ₹33,141.10 per month
