Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Operations
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Ensure proper functioning of press machines, pumps, motors, conveyors, compressors, and utility equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Preventive Maintenance
- Prepare and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and history records.
- Monitor machine condition and suggest improvements to enhance performance.
- Ensure lubrication schedules are followed properly.
Breakdown Handling
- Attend machine breakdowns and restore operations within minimum time.
- Identify root causes of failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production teams to reduce machine downtime.
Installation & Commissioning
- Assist in installation, alignment, and commissioning of new machinery.
- Perform machine alignment, assembly, and dismantling activities.
- Support plant expansion and modification activities.
Spare Parts & Inventory
- Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
- Raise purchase requisitions for required spare parts.
- Monitor spare consumption and optimize inventory levels.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety procedures and standards.
- Support 5S and TPM activities in maintenance areas.
- Maintain compliance with ISO and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices
- Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Understanding of gearboxes, bearings, pumps, compressors, and conveyors
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and manuals
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance planning
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in laminate / plywood / manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Familiarity with press machines and industrial machinery
- Basic knowledge of utilities (boilers, compressors, chillers)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
