We are looking for a Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for field-level sourcing and hiring of housekeeping manpower. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work, candidate sourcing, and achieving recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit different locations/areas to source and recruit housekeeping manpower.
- Generate candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Maintain a database of available and prospective candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong local network for continuous manpower sourcing.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding manpower requirements and joining status.
- Track candidate follow-ups, selections, and joining.
- Prepare regular updates/reports on recruitment activities and manpower deployment.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of housekeeping manpower requirements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment, manpower sourcing, sales, staffing, or a related field preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting candidates directly.
- Ability to build strong local contacts and candidate networks.
- Candidates with experience in housekeeping/manpower staffing or blue-collar recruitment will be preferred.
- Knowledge of the local area will be an added advantage.
