GRAV Clothing (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative to promote our garments and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing the company professionally in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by visiting retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and potential customers.
- Promote and sell the company's garment products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 2- 4 years of sales experience (garment/apparel industry preferred).
- Good communication Skill.
- Ability to travel frequently for market visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
