We are looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead sales growth, manage marketing activities
Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing strategy
- Drive revenue growth and business targets
- Manage end-to-end sales process
- Build and lead sales/marketing teams
- Generate leads and convert opportunities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Track performance metrics and improve results
Requirements
- 10–15 years experience in sales/marketing leadership
- Strong experience in B2B or enterprise sales
- Proven record of achieving revenue targets
- Experience in team management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
Startup or high-growth company experience
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
