Your job responsibilities will include:

*Check-in and Check-out:Help guests when they arrive and leave the hotel.
*Answer Phone Calls:Pick up calls and give information about rooms or bookings.
*Help with Bookings:Book rooms for guests and tell them the prices.
*Answer Questions:Help guests if they need any information or have problems.
*Keep Records:Write down the details of people who stay in the hotel.
*Give Room Keys:Hand out keys to guests when they check in.
*Take Payments:Collect money from guests for their stay or other services.
*Baggage Assistance: If required baggage Assistance for the guests is to be provided
