Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tendering Engineer responsible for preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders across various government and private procurement portals. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace), Shramik Kalyan Portal, and other e-tendering platforms. The role also includes MIS reporting, document management, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities from various government and private portals.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial bid documents within specified deadlines.
- Manage registrations, updates, and compliance requirements on:
- GeM Portal
- Shramik Kalyan Portal
- CPP Portal
- State Government Tender Portals
- Other e-procurement portals
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Management teams to collect required documents and information.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to tender status, submissions, awards, and pending actions.
- Handle EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other bid-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender eligibility criteria and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and contract documents.
- Track bid results and follow up with clients regarding tender status.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of GeM Portal and e-tendering procedures.
- Experience working with Shramik Kalyan Portal and other government compliance portals.
- Strong documentation and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and data analysis.
- Understanding of tender terms, commercial conditions, and contract documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
