- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Experience with cloud-based financial reconciliation solutions and integration techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement custom components within enterprise cloud applications.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and optimizing cloud service performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information:
